Return Policy
You can return any product purchased from us if it is damaged, defective upon arrival, or if you have received an incorrect item.
Return Process:
Notification: To initiate a return, please email us at support@mart4u.online with your Order ID and details of the product.
Customer Support: Our customer care team will contact you within 24 hours to assist you with the return process.
Eligibility for Returns:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Please include the invoice or a photocopy of the invoice when returning the item to help us track your details.
Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Non-Eligible Returns:
- Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
- If the item is not damaged or broken upon return, we will issue a refund via cheque or direct bank transfer.
